Managing Group IT Operations, Infrastructure, administration, IT security and compliance of two banks to support over 1200 staff across over 120 locations. Selection, evaluation, recommendation, implementation of related IT projects and timely delivery.- Concurrently developing complete IT Budgets for 2 banks in the group and managing the budgets. - Development of a 5 year IT Strategy for the DFCC Bank in 2015 in order to face new digital era of banking. - Supporting the consolidation of two Core Banking systems by migrating data from DFCC to DVB to facilitate the merger of DFCC and DVB into one commercial bank. - One of the first banks in the country to implement Google Apps for Work replacing legacy Lotus Notes infrastructure as part of the banks digital transformation strategy for a truly mobile workforce. - - Migration of Budgeting platform to the Cloud providing additional cost savings while providing access from anywhere.
