Roles & Responsibilities :For determining the cash position of the company, preparing the Daily Dashboard and Daily Cash Balance Report, and engaging with cash pooling activities to allocate the fund requirements for the daily payments.Preparing bank reconciliations for 10 bank accounts at the end of each month and finding the unreconciled items. Then getting support from each responsible party to clear those items.Working with the Company’s Short Term Loan Facilities and connecting with banks to get new loans, rollover, and settle them timely.Checking the Credit Card Settlements of corporate credit card holders in the company and posting the upload entries to SAP through the Smartpay system.Handling Credit Card new issuances, enhancements, and cancellations.Preparing the month-end JEs related to the Treasury and supporting the month-end closure of each month.Assist in obtaining travel insurance related to business travels of the company employees.Engaging with GR activities and clearing the account in SAP related to the relevant Purchasing Order and supporting for the payment process.

Roles & Responsibilities :Got the knowledge about the Retail Clearing process.Prepared the Accounts Receivable Aging Reports.Prepared and executed the Sale Order Payment Clearing process.Prepared the Distributor Finance and Direct Debit Sale summaries which are required to be sent to the banks.Updated the credit limits by adjusting Credit Exposure to the available balance in the bank.
