* Preparing MIS Report for the Operational Review Meeting (ORM held every month with the Chairman, which is further presented by the Director and President (Marketing & Sales).* Coordinating field operations and reporting, by communicating with the respective Sales Managers at various levels and PSR’s majorly on daily basis.* Coordinating with the Super Distributors of the Company with issues related to order, timely dispatch of trade stock and samples, bonus offer clarifications, follow-up for collection, etc. * Ensuring follow-up with production department for timely receipted stocks and samples as per the production plan.* Maintaining and analyzing marketing and sales records of respective territories and submitting it to the Director and President (Marketing & Sales).* Giving Inputs/Ideas in preparation of Company’s Brochures, Visual Aids, Reminder Cards and other promotional material.* Declaring and analyzing results of various product promotional campaigns. * Conducting Quarterly Field Staff Meetings and Monthly Department-wise Meetings, taking minutes of the discussion held and check out plus monitor the implementation phase. Also take the necessary steps to reduce the deviation.* Ensuring timely supply of promotional material and other inputs in various territories.* Sending quotations to tenders received and accordingly follow-up with the field staff and with the concerned organization directly, if required.* Have operating knowledge of the Sales & Distribution Software (IBIS, Mumbai).
