I am currently an Enrolment Advisor at QSES, where I guide individuals through the enrolment process. During my tenure, I successfully executed two key projects and am currently involved in a third Australian project.I play a pivotal role in training new team members, ensuring they understand project intricacies and meet established standards. Additionally, I communicate directly with international clients, providing updates on project progress and detailed insights.During moments of urgent demand, I support other projects with dedication. I lead global meetings, record minutes for future reference, and prepare weekly and bi-weekly strategies for success. My performance consistently meets daily and monthly KPIs and QA standards set by the organization.In a collaborative spirit, I work closely with colleagues across diverse office locations to create a congenial work environment that facilitates the accomplishment of shared objectives. I was honored as the TOP performer of the year 2022.
