By doing do so I've gained deep experience in M&A, deal structuring, investments and financing transaction.In the past 6 years I've been heading Focal Energy's day to day operations as well as its business and corporate development activities in India. in this capacity I am in charge of its investments in the renewable energy space and of the general management of its assets in India. Additionally I am in charge of corporate governance, ESG and HR and overseeing the legal, Finance and operations departments of the Focal Group.
