Focal Energy invests in, owns and manages a portfolio of income-generating renewable energy projects. Our target sectors include biomass, hydro electric, and solar. Our current primary geographical focus is in India. Focal Energy’s vision is to be a Leading Global Renewable Energy Enterprise, renowned as a world class owner and manager of projects and recognized for its positive impact on people and the environment. Focal Energy was incorporated in 2008 to develop, manage and own renewable energy assets. Since then we have developed, independently or along with local partners, projects in small hydro, biomass and Solar totaling close to 140MW, of which presently about 100MW is operational and the rest is under development. In addition, we have a large and diverse pipeline of projects which we are pursuing. Our management team brings diversified and deep experience in project management, business development, deal structuring and project finance. We have the capabilities and resources to assume all roles required to culminate any project into a success.
