 Joined as medical coordinator & promoted to Sr. Coordinator handling medical, travel, vehicle and concierge assistance services.  Created and now managing the entire medical (hospital) network for the India alarm center . Interacting with key medical providers and traveling Pan India for quarterly review, quality audit and relationship building, ensuring that the best providers are in the network.  Ensuring 24 hour delivery of the whole range of medical, travel and concierge assistance services with direct client and customer interaction. Ensuring appropriate case management, both logistically and financially.  Continuous interaction with over 40 in-house emergency alarm centers located worldwide and hospital network in India.  Delivered concierge assistance services ranging from flower delivery to sourcing hard to find items the customers. Delivered medical assistance services range from arranging an appointment with a doctor to handling critical care cases and organizing end to end complex medical air evacuations by helicopters and air ambulances worldwide.  Ensuring the operations team has the tools, knowledge and support system available to deliver these services in an efficient and effective manner in order to meet and exceeding the customers’ expectations.  Managing end to end reporting / dashboard preparation, updating the clients, Finance team and management locally and in the regional office in Hong Kong with relevant information.  Team management and coaching the junior staff on operational efficacy, auditing and rating their performance and providing them with regular feedback ensuring positive development.
