Handing end to end Factory production and one co-manufacturing unit of Maggi Noodles. Total Noodle manufacturing capacity of 500 tons per day with 8 high speed fully automated Noodle lines. in addition to it, 5 highspeed TOPACK machines - each machine 700 sachets per min- capacity 30 tons per day. Major roles - Technical recruitments, including with physical challenged recruitments, Competency building of team members, TPM implementation up to Step 4, Negotiation with Unions, Delivery Key Factory Objectives like - Zero Safety incidents, 100 % Customer order fulfillment, Reduction in unplanned stoppages, Zero Quality complaints, material loss reduction, Rewards and recognition of teams. Collaborate with various cross functional teams. End to End Implementation of Digital manufacturing operation, Productivity improvement, Automation projects, CAPEX and OPEX management, all statutory requirements fulfillments for Factory Operations, New Supplier development for RM and PM, Frequent audits of Nestle approved Suppliers. Sustainability trials and executions.

My Roles-• Leading Maggi Noodle and MeM (Masala e Magic) lines with brand name Maggi in One of the Nestle factory (Phase-1) & Leading extension of Green field projects (Phase-2) as an Operational startup leader.• Assuring that the products are manufactured and stored as per laid down standards and specifications and all the manufacturing activities are executed as per Manufacturing Practices• Leveraging skills in driving forward plan improvement projects, productivity & quality improvement, cost controlling, scrap amount reduction, lean manufacturing and enhancement• Adhering to SOPs, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit; planning, directing & coordinating the production activities in order to achieve the budgeted production for the year with budgeted efficiency, quality and cost • Focusing on optimization of process parameters; initiating process improvements for achieving bottom line objectives & productivity targets• Engaging in environment sustainability, plastic reduction & energy optimization• Lending support to all Production Leads, Managers and Supervisors to bring about the necessary cultural change within the company; designing approaches to identify and resolve production or analytical problems and requirements• Conducting inspections at various stages to ensure safety & quality specifications are being met with, without any slippages • Worked on Nestle India biggest Co-Manufacturing site with current volume 21 thousand MT per year under UHT Tetra Pak as well as Chilled Dairy• Worked on Noodle and Sauce line for more than 6 years as a process specialist with brand name Maggi Noodles (Plain, Atta & Oats Noodles) & Sauces & led the projects for product development• Conceptualizing & implementing effective techniques in bringing efficiency in operations for improving quality standards and achieving best possible cost savings
