-Review of daliy & monthly performance reports, annual PPM schedules of equipment and other critical unplanned activities.- All types shutdown plan and any Issues Coordinate's with WRLDC and PGCIL. -Tracking contract gurarntees of all plant.-Tracking and planning of 220/33 kv switchyard and plant testing.-Review and revise the SOP and manitance checklists.- Technical support to site team.- Making HOTO plan and execute for New project.-RCA and CAPA for equipment failures,high Aux consumptions and other losses inplant & it's effect on revenue loss. - Analysis of plant performance and make plan of improvement.-Continuoues process improvement & Ensureing use of industry best practices.-Operations & Maintenance of 220/33kv switchyard.-Planning & Execution of Fortnight,Monthly,Quarterly,Half and Yearly preventive maintenance of 220/33kv switchyard and 336 Mwp PV area.- Yearly testing of 220/33kv switchyard & 33kv/380V Transformer like IR, Mag balance test,voltage ratio test, Alarm & trip setting of OTI, WTI, PRV, Buchholz & MOG relay.- Tracking preventive maintenance and testing plan. -Ensureing plant operation with minimum downtime and at prescribed performance ratio. - Review results of modules & Equipment Thermogaphhy,module IV curve testing and plan action. -Supervision of operation and mantinace activities of the operating solar power Project coordinating with clients.
