• Development and Enhancement of Management Information system.• Gather business requirements for homegrown ERP system.• Analyze workflow, process gaps, and business practices to streamline business operations using the ERP application.• Involve in Gap Analysis and building the solution along with taking ownership of delivery.• Create Functional specification documents of the requirements.• Coordinates testing and verify data integrity, documents and analyze test results recommending corrective action if required.• Conduct training and knowledge sessions for internal customers/teams.

•Responsible for ensuring that the Service Level Agreements with customers are met at all times and incase of deviation, corrective action plans implemented•Proactively identify process gaps, report on quality trends and make recommendations for improving and enhancing the customer satisfaction index•Manage Project Finances, Quality, Resources, Risk •To apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues.•Define, implement and monitor standardized process, policies and procedures•Responsible for developing staffing, hiring and training plans to meet customer service levels•Setting milestones for self and team and achieving them.•To mentor the team and promote team development. •To monitor the Cash Flow of the department and to process invoices raised by CFO office. To prepare Project Profitability , Revenue Forecast & Head count Analysis reports etc•To develop and maintain the database of the resources working under different projects of the department.
