My role involves conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and providing training to staff on compliance policies. I also coordinate audits, handle incident reporting, and collaborate with various departments to address and resolve compliance issues, ensuring the organization's operations are secure and risk-free.Previous Experience- Worked with process and organization throughout all stages of training based projects to analyse, identify, and evaluate training needs which were critical to clients strategic and operating success.
