Currently working as an Engagement Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, Denmark. I am primarily responsible for the deliveries made by TCS for a large shipping company based out of Denmark. I manage multiple large development programs. Some of my recent programs use SAFe, and I have also coached and trained my associates to drive SAFe.Since the last 2 years my focus has been program related to redefining customer journeys on customer portals and making them highly available. These are Azure/IBM cloud based programs. Our focus is to make easier for end users to do business with our customers, giving them an enhanced and highly available customer journey. These programs use microservices/API/Cassandra patterns with SPA front end. My earlier programs include large development on programs on Enterprise Platforms like Oracle FMW/ODM DSI, BRMS, Master Data program (Informatica MDM) and leading/driving Test Engineering services implementation including service virtualization, test automation, performance engineering, test data management and program test management. I have also undertaken multiple projects to migrate services from regional DCs, on premise cloud (IaaS) solutions to on premise cloud and Microsoft Azure migration. I am an enthusiast on process and delivery improvements and am recognized both within TCS and the customer organization as a resource who can drive change and bring improvements. My current focus areas include delivery improvement for major transformation program, CICD adoption, performance engineering and test environment management. I am very hands on person and love to get involved in technical, domain specific and cross program alignment and management issues. Challenges drive me and I really enjoy working closely with teams to work towards resolution and enrich myself in the process.
