• Generate conceptual designs for novel products.• Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to proactively identify potential failures and manage risks.• Choose materials and formulate raw material specifications in alignment with RoHS, REACH, and IMDS regulations.• Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as quality and reliability.• Efficiently plan and allocate resources to meet project timelines.• Create and implement test plans for various stages, including inward, in-process, final, and reliability tests.• Develop essential documents such as Process Flow Chart (PFC), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plan, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).• Design and create Tools, Jigs, and Fixtures for manufacturing processes.• Conduct Cycle Time Studies to optimize production efficiency.• Validate and refine products and processes for enhanced efficiency.• Verify special characteristics through Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis.• Ensure Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) to guarantee measurement conformance.• Conduct Run at Rate studies to assess and enhance production capacity.
