 Supervision of Shafting and Rudder installation works onboard ship. Erection, Alignment and Installation of Gas Turbines, Reduction gear box, Thrust block, Plummer blocks, Oil distribution box, Stern tube, bushes and Shaft bearings(staves), Intermediate shafts, Stern tube shafts, Tail shafts, Hydraulic couplings, Deep sea seals and Propeller blades. Erection and Installation of Rudder, Rudder stock, Ram Cylinder assembly, Tiller, Stuffing box and Different type of seals Co- ordinate the survey of pushes up for Rudder, push up of couplings, calibration of blades, etc.  Co- ordinate with surveyors in Inspection (Owner surveyors & Class surveyors.)  Co-ordination of works for fit up, welding and machining of machinery seats. Checking and reporting of onboard installation of different piping systems. Prepare or study relevant drawings and, give clarifications, if required. Checking the layout, leak test and flushing of all the piping systems. Attending the tank outfit survey for the tanks Including air test and hydrostatic test. Final checking and analysis of different pipe system based on P&I Drawing. Ensure that required materials (Equipments, Pipe and Pipe fittings etc) are delivered at the work site on time. Engaged in the fairing, welding, outfitting and quality inspecting of Indigenous Aircraft Carrier (IAC) & Platform Supply Vessel. Progress monitoring, reporting and status updating.
