Manage a team of highly skilled Content Specialist and responsible for resource planning, coaching, and providing performance feedback to the team members.Review and refine product backlog as Product owner.Provide guidance and high-level business requirements to the team on approved projects and define their deliverables.Handle strategic client accounts and manage regular client interactions.
