It Manager, Service Desk
CurrentStrategy & Planning: Develop and maintain service desk procedures and documentation, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with IT management to implement best practices.Acquisition & Deployment: Participate in selecting and acquiring software, hardware, and related technology, and deploy pre-packaged software using distribution tools.Operational Management: Manage, mentor, and support a team of service desk technicians to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues. Act as the primary point of escalation for complex IT issues and provide hands-on support for IT infrastructure. Manage IT asset inventory and conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
