Responsible for the projects by in all meaning start from the bidding stage.As a Senior Project Manager involved in Project Planning, Schedule, Budget Engineering,Procurement, Optimization, Monitoring KPA, Quality & Risk for Corporate Interiors Fit-Out Projectsend ensuring timely execution with high end quality & Closeout.Demonstrates capability to follow Contractual Documentation including Purchase-Work Orders, WorkLetters, Project Charters, Surveys and Drawings.Prepares Pre-Execution Engineering Cost Estimates & Budgets, Work-Plan Schedules & Milestones,Quality control, and Risk Mitigation.Ensure availability of all permits for accessing the site from the authorities (Municipality, Civil Defense,SEWA, DEWA, ADDC, Economic Dept. & Food Control Authority) in coordination with the technicaldesign team and the PRO Engineers.

Works as SBW & Post Contracts Manager for Kinnarps Project Solutions. Handles post contracts team, Customer relations team and Small building works team. Responsible for supervising the sales, Commercial, planning and PM team for special projects Division Responsible for all the site works from Setting out till Handover the project. Responsible for tenders, client meeting & negotiations, Project allocations and workforce management. Checking & Verifying the drawings if necessary & Execution of works according to planned activities. Liaising with client, consultant, Main Contractors (if so) sub-contractors, supplies, and ensuring theproject meet the deadline Client with quality of workmanship. Liaising with internal team (Estimation, Planning, & Procurements). Meeting the Clients & Consultants during the execution of projects. Ensure availability of all permits for accessing the site from the authorities (Municipality, Civil Defense,SEWA, DEWA, ADDC, Economic Dept. & Food Control Authority) in coordination with the technicaldesign team and the PRO Engineers. Monitoring the Project program of works and procurement schedule are in place. Monitoring timely availability of materials including long lead items. Monitoring Client payments demands are raised as per the terms of contract. Monitoring Timely completion of projects with high quality of workmanship in coordination with theproject managers.

 Preparation of Sample submittal & Materials procurement schedule. Preparation of Manpower Requirement flowchart. Preparation of subcontractor work schedule ahead of actual completion date. Coordination with client, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, Project Manager & supervisors Liaising with the Clients, Authorities, Consultants and Main Contractors, Sub contractors to determinethe project requirements. Liaising with the Clients, Authorities, Consultants and Main Contractors, Sub contractors to determinethe project requirements. Coordination with the Purchase for the Finalization of Sub Contractors and monitoring their performance up to certification of their invoices. Arranging meeting with client, Consultant, Main Contractor & sub-contractors for the Weekly ProgressMeetings and Technical meetings if necessary.
