In my MBA program, I completed a project titled "Role of Training and Development in Improving Employee Retention at Tube Investment of India Limited." This project involved an in-depth analysis of the company's training initiatives and their impact on employee satisfaction and retention rates. Through surveys and interviews with employees and management, I identified key areas where effective training programs contributed to skill enhancement and career growth, leading to higher retention levels. The findings highlighted the importance of tailored training programs in fostering a positive work environment and encouraging long-term employee commitment. This experience reinforced my belief in the critical role of continuous development in driving organizational success.

During my one-month internship at Surabhi Suzuki in Madurai, I had the opportunity to engage with both HR and sales activities. I assisted the HR team in employee engagement initiatives, helping to organize team-building events and gather feedback to enhance workplace culture. Additionally, I collaborated with the sales department to understand customer relationship management and the importance of aligning employee motivation with sales goals. This dual exposure allowed me to see how effective employee relations can drive performance and improve customer satisfaction. Overall, this experience deepened my understanding of the interconnectedness of HR practices and sales strategies in fostering a successful business environment.
