In my MBA program, I completed a project titled "Role of Training and Development in Improving Employee Retention at Tube Investment of India Limited." This project involved an in-depth analysis of the company's training initiatives and their impact on employee satisfaction and retention rates. Through surveys and interviews with employees and management, I identified key areas where effective training programs contributed to skill enhancement and career growth, leading to higher retention levels. The findings highlighted the importance of tailored training programs in fostering a positive work environment and encouraging long-term employee commitment. This experience reinforced my belief in the critical role of continuous development in driving organizational success.
