- Supervising & monitoring of all facilities & utilities system operation including BA system, HVAC , Ventilation, PCW Air Compressor , Dryer, Fire fighting ( NFPA ) Scrubber, Electrical systems with 33KV.- Carry out all installation, maintenance and repairs mechanical, electrical and plumbing.- Organize maintenance crews for appropriate preventive maintenance on electrical & mechanical systems.- Responsible for electrical supply and distribution systems for sub-station and buildings including set up, commissioning, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting as well as preventive maintenance in the plant.- To do hands on trouble-shooting and perform corrective maintenance of any electrical & Mechanical breakdowns.- To provide technical advise to the project team for any related enhancement/upgrading works.- Maintain all engineering documents and records according to work instructions and procedures.- Industrial wiring 1PH & 3PH / Panel wiring / HT Wiring- Transformers & Switchgears servicing up to 33KV- Genset, motor & pump installation & servicing- UPS setup & installation
