Tasks- On-time manufacture & deliver products with right quality to internal and external customers- Coordinate activities of support departments: HSE, Quality, Logistics, Technical Sales, & IMS- Ensure professional management of all operational processes and performance- People development: Engage & empower employees to ensure maximum efficiency in all areas- Develop new production strategies in close cooperation with Sales and Product Management

- Member of the Transformer (IN) management team- Define, develop and implement short, medium and long term strategies and actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the entire value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and continually reduce operating costs in a safe working environment- Leading quality and operational excellence activities in transformer's 7 manufacturing units of Vadodara, Halol & Savali- Leading Quality System Implementation, Common Quality Initiatives with the scope covering the entire value chain including Customers & Suppliers.- Promote and support benchmarking and best practice spreading across the transformer-manufacturing units, to develop a drive towards excellence in operational performance.- Develop and implement manufacturing platforms and production systems to drive standardization of processes, documentation and equipment.

Responsible for P&L account. Manufacturing & supplying Insulation components / complete pre assembled kits to Transformers manufacturers. April 2015 one more business (Bushings) of insulation & components group added to present portfolio.

The role includes : Vendor development for incoming material & components to Customer Inspection of outgoing Product
