Lead the broad base compensation for Corporate Center.Manage yearly bonus and management equity program in addition to leading the base pay and merit programs for Whirlpool USA. Manage the global job ladder and market pricing. This includes market benchmark for our programs as well as jobs.Prepare analytic and merit budgets. Drive global compensation systems and operational road map. Vendor selection and manage the vendor relationships. Manage and develop team of analysts.

Completed many large successful HRIS projects on SAP and other cloud solutions which includes implementation of talent management and compensation management on Successfactors system globally. Learning management on Sumtotal system globally. Time and attendance management system for a division on KRONOS system. In addition managed and implemented many enhancements in HR, legal and other functional areas in US.Lead the design and development team for interfaces for one of big mergers. Evaluated, recommended and implemented various cloud solutions as part of HRIS strategy.Governance of global standards in country implementations and design reviews for many HR solutions globally. This included Solution reviews for Poland and Mexico.

Implemented SAP HR and SAP Payroll in Whirlpool China. Led Whirlpool India SAP HR implementation. Developed interfaces for compensation module for SAP.

Managed 12 members cross functional team for a fortune 500 client. Rolled out 5 country versions for SAP HR and SAP FI rollout for a major implementation.

Lead the development team for Australia country version of SAP HR. Lead the team in one of the biggest development on SAP HR 4.7 version. Maintenance of payroll and time management modules for Australia/ New Zealand country versions and ESS, Training module for over 1000 clients across the globe.

Developed the retail module of the ERP suite which is one of India’s leading ERP system (Ebizframe). Lead the first implementation of this software (which was designed for auto industry) into the apparel manufacturer and retailer. Implemented inventory management, Procurement and sales modules.
