As an Inside Product Specialist at Dell Technologies, I apply my engineering degree and project management skills to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions. I joined Dell Technologies as a CXE / Pre-sales Engineer in 2021, after graduating from REVA University with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In this role, I supported the sales team with technical expertise and product knowledge, and contributed to multiple successful deals and customer satisfaction. In 2023, I transitioned to the Inside Product team, where I collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to design and develop solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and global customers. I am passionate about engineering, technology, and customer experience, and I strive to continuously learn, improve, and innovate.
