• 19+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Transformation in Banking & Financial Services.• Strong Exposure to Wealth Management areas like Investment Management, Advisory, Alternative Investments (Private Equity and Hedfe Funds), Structured Products, Trading Platforms, Risk analysis, Reporting, Client Lifecycle, Digital Banking, Core Banking.• Strong exposure to Pre Trade checks, Suitability rules for HKMA, MAS and Global rules and Regulatory Compliance• Exposure to Bulk and Issuer concentration calculations• Strong Exposure to Trade Life Cycle, Trade entry, processing, settlement, confirmations etc.• Experienced in Project Management, Stakeholder management, Test Management, leading the Project team, making key decisions, prioritizing tasks to keep projects on schedule.• Experience of working on large scale Business Transformation projects across locations - APAC & EMEA• Scrum Master certified (PSM I) with experience of working in Projects with Agile and Waterfall Development Methodologies• Experienced in liaising and communicating with different business streams across geographies for successful delivery of E2E products.• Experience delivering both Web and Digital Platforms• Exposure to Structured Products Notes like ELN, DCN, RCN, PMLN, Securitized products Equity, bonds Funds.• Exposure to Treasury Products like FX SPOT, FORWARDS, FX SWAPS, Call deposits and Time deposits
