 Manage team of 6 members in providing support for Firewalls, Network devices, Backup solution, Endpoint Antivirus ( on cloud or on premises ), Windows and Linux Server, Virtualisation, wireless solutions etc. Managing people is a core part of the role. I have built relationships within my team and continually work to develop their skills in order to achieve the best results possible.  Meeting customer SLAs consistently, by implementing escalation processes and rigorous monitoring of the team performance. Implementing proactive monitoring for our clients, which allowed us to proactively prevent outages, by selecting the software vendor and managing the rollout, along with new processes for working with the system.

managing customer firewalls and doing P.O.C. at client location, currently i am in multiple services where I have to manage MS-Servers installing AD and applying policies, installing NAS storage of different vendors at client location and managing them, installing and configuring console base endpoint antivirus solutions, providing suggestion to improve the security of their organisation and also provide support on WiFi devices either controller base or stand alone devices and configuration of Linux servers and providing support for their installation and configurations.
