Vehicle Integration:• Conceptualize and vehicle integration of Heavy commercial vehicle• Defining vehicle level targets, selection, and packaging of all aggregates, Cost reduction, Benchmarking, Digital Mock-Ups preparation using CATIA• Engineering BOM preparation and change management• Preparation & responsible for key product documents like DMU sign off, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, Engineering sign off document & Vehicle layouts• The coordinate building of prototypes for the initial design to ensure testing, certification, and determination of the mode of failure• Working closely with Program management for project planning and monitoringNew Product Development:• Gathering product specifications & designing/ modifying / upgrading existing designs using specialized software; getting approvals for prototype, making necessary modifications and releasing for production; ensuring timely delivery of all products and within budget, to meet demanding time-to-market requirements. • Driving competitive differentiation through the development of unique product capabilities, best-in-class price/performance and superior responsiveness to customer requests. • Undertaking detailed analysis of Market Failure Report and Critical Failure Analysis to understand Market, Customer & Product Behavior; conducting Field Visits & providing Effective solutions.

As Deputy Manager– Sales & Dealer Development (May'12 – May’13 ):• Effectively handling sales at Ahmedabad & Gandhidham region and ensuring implementation of sales processes at dealership• Involved in customer segmentation, prospecting & competition benchmarking and providing competition product feedback• Responsible for capturing inquiry and monitoring salesman-wise after allocation of territory to individual sales-men to have daily information of inquiry funnel• Devising & implementing marketing strategy including advertising, ATL & BTL activities and public relations• Efficiently managing product sales growth and individual sales effectiveness by reviewing sales activity scheduleAs Deputy Manager - Drive Train (Oct'09 - Apr'12):• Accountable for GSM & PTO design related activities which include 3D modeling & packaging for Drive Train System within cost, reliability and performance metrics• Involved in resolving validation concerns for transmission (LCV) along with solving field, product development & cost reduction concerns• Monitored supplies on GSM & PTO design concerns resolutions along with providing technical support to the suppliers for manufacturing requirements• Responsible to maintain life cycle of product development through Team Center (PLM)• Engaged in making installation drawings, spare part catalog & BOM as per internal customer requirements
