(1)Responsible for processing average of 2.8lakh shipments within TAT, ensuring metrics are under control.• Adherence to SOPs.•Shift wise planning of 100+ workforce.•Process mapping and implementation for continuous improvement.(2) Handling escalations and operations of the cross border shipments, ensuring connection within TAT.•Communicating with CS team and Clients for smooth operations.(3) Closure part of the operation, providing RCA for failure of the metrics.•Establishing communication with CS team for clearance of shipments on hold due to various reasons, like security, content mismatch, etc.
