Currently responsible for overall P&L as COO at Pratibha Syntex.In my immediate last assignment, I was responsible for P&L of a USD 100M division of a major Indian Textile group with turnover of USD 1.5B. Since 2011, I led a turnaround of the division which was in the red from inception for around 12 years. After making the division profitable, I had also supervised expansion plans including a greenfield garment unit.
