Taking appropriate actions to minimize the impact. Addressing the observations immediately to the stake holders and preparing the team for the same.Preparing and maintaining the timelines for multiple projects. Communicating the issues identified with the concern stakeholders, usually our US office.Handling multiple projects in parallel. Attending technical call with other stake holders; assisting General Manager in weekly operations call.Built a team of FME Developers by providing the thorough training of the software as well as on the different utility domains. Provided the on floor technical assistance to the team.Preparing the project closeout document.Highlights:Essayed a stellar role in building a solid team of FME developers by appointing the fresh graduates and providing them the overview of GIS domain to execute projects on time and within budget.Successfully took measures by taking initiative in personally reviewing the sources and changes provided by client time to time and by providing the updates to every team member, to ensure that applications are in line with requirements specified by clients.
