As a representative of the CME Hospitality, I assumed responsibility for orchestrating a seamless and successful conference experience. My role encompassed the meticulous coordination of hospitality arrangements, ensuring swift and efficient check-in procedures, and overseeing the intricacies of transportation management for the esteemed specialist doctors from diverse medical fields. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to excellence, I navigated the complexities of event logistics with precision, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the conference.

I am writing to share with you my recent experience of managing a team of 20 people during the Global Investors Summit in Lucknow. As a team leader, I played a major role in ensuring the success of the event by managing my team efficiently.During the summit, I was responsible for managing resources, inventory, and taking regular updates to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I also coordinated with other teams and departments to ensure that all aspects of the event were well-managed and executed.Despite the challenges and pressure, I am proud to say that my team performed exceptionally well and we were able to achieve our goals. The event was a great success and I believe that my leadership and management skills played a crucial role in this achievement.
