Deliverable Review & Stakeholder Communication: Review final deliverables and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.Coordination & Client Interaction: Coordinate with the onshore account team to resolve any pending information or queries and work with clients regulated by member country regulations or the SEC to assess risks associated with corporate actions.Business & Employment Relationships Analysis: Analyze business and employment relationships, and reach out to Engagement Partners for confirmation on vigilance checks related to various services provided by EY to its clients and private equity firms.Analytical & Project Management: Employ analytical and project management methodologies and tools to deliver exceptional results and ensure project objectives are met effectively.

Regulatory & Compliance Expertise: Understand and apply the firm's key requirements, RMS rules, global auditing policies, and compliance regulations to prevent any breaches of independence.Consultation Services: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the audit committee of EY, providing consultation services in line with SEC guidelines and EY policies.Research & Data Management: Conduct thorough research using resources such as Form ADV, Bloomberg, S&P Capital, Thomson Reuters, Factiva, SEC Filings, and Audit Analytics to ensure accurate information is captured in the Global EY database.Private Equity Analysis: Analyze private equity firms, monitor investments, mergers, and acquisitions on a daily basis using platforms like CapIQ, MergerMarket, company websites, and DUNS & Bradstreet to update the global client family tree.

• Initial Review of US Mortgage loan – Credit, Income and Asset• Understanding of initial documentation required for US Mortgage loan• Analyse loan files for completion of 4Cs - Credit, Capacity, Collateral and Capital. • Checking credit reports to make sound Underwriting decisions• Work directly with Sr. Underwriter, Loan ranger, Title, Insurance, Valuation, Closing, and Funding teams to satisfy outstanding loan conditions in an expeditious manner• Identify training needs and working with the Training Department to ensure that the agents have the skills to carry out their roles effectively
