Responsible for DC/Warehouse Audits across various Reliance Retail Distribution centres also Recently ivolved into new store openning & a new DC Launch for that store to match the standards of International retailers.2. Provide solutions to enhance 3PL productivity and accuracy in all departments of RDC.3. Ensure 100% on time delivery of stocks to stores in cost effective manner.4. Responsible for running the operations within allocated budget of RDC. 5. Providing the mgmt. with Inventory figures / WH Performance – for better flow of working capital & increased stock turnover

Presently I am heading the Regional Distribution Centre operations of 1.5 lacs sq. ft area in Pataudi, Gurgaon and serve around 220 stores across North & East India.

•Planning capacity capex, warehouse planning, new site planning.•Implementing improved methods of material handling equipment, stock control and packaging through systems of Bar Coding, Cross Docking, for customized orders etc.•Rolling forecast preparation on space management of the warehouse – Supply Chain & Operations Planning.•Managing Cycle Count (Periodic Inventory Control), Replenishment.•Responsible for ranking standards for a-India WH in Delhi/NCR region.

• Heading the operations of Pantaloon Retail (I) ltd. –BIG BAZAAR at around 200,000sq.ft. Area warehouse with a team of 75 employees.• Catering 1.5 Lac SKU’s (Stock Keeping Units) across all formats like Big Bazaar Apparels and General Merchandise, Future Bazaar, Pantaloon Store Apparels, Fashion Station etc for North zone.• Ensure all Inbound and Outbound of material through Warehouse Management System(WMS).
