Business finance function for Lifestyle entity. Automation of Actual P&L and budgeting automation in Hyperion for all group entities.

Manage the operational finance function for entire Eastern region and also Bangladesh, Nepal and International clients. Process and control accounts payable for the region. Control accounts receivable by monitoring DSO, ageing analysis, and doing active credit policy management. Inventory control for both consumables issued to clients and reagents utilised at labs. Prepare and monitor kit utilisation of labs and update the lab head regarding under utilization and over utilisation of it. Prepare and report monthly, quarterly Operating profit statement to Management and suggest cost optimisation possibilities. Evaluate new project proposals and prepare DCF, in order to enable decision making over it's go ahead by leadership team.
