I started out programming software, then moved into BSA/SA roles where my creative resourcefulness flourished, until I found I could challenge both parts in the personally rewarding role of Talent Acquisition professional. TA is still in early days and there are many many tools and technologies out there to help find the right people, but the organizations that win the war for talent will have figured out what TA programs and processes to put in place which support their TA teams in promoting them as a true employer of choice.
