All the data was ingested into Azure Synapse and curated into the consumption layer. Worked as a data engineer and created lots of reusable code

The project involved ingestion of streaming JSON messages from Kafka topics to Azure.This data consisting of complex Json structures was received on Azure event hubs 24*7 approximately 12 million records per day. The data was then parsed using Azure stream analytics job and ingested into Azure Synapse.

The Script Alignment program is about identification and enrolment of certain eligible patients so that they need not visit pharmacies multiple times and they can collect their medicines once a month. The process was implemented in Hive.

Store migration and 340bAs part of acquisition of new stores to the pharmacy, the project was about migration of all the prescription dispensed through these stores to IDH (integrated data hub) hadoop from existing 1010 database. It was an ETL process from source to target and implemented in Hive.

There were 4 main modules of the project - Data ingestion, Noise reduction, Data compaction and Extracts. Nitin was part of Compaction and Extracts team where all the abinitio and datastage jobs running on top of teradata were redesigned and implemented in Hive.
