Regional Leadership Role – appointed to this role to lead and oversee transformation of Sales Organization to drive sales growth. Included merging of West and Southwest Regions to form a mega West Region extending from Washington & Montana in the North to Louisiana & Baja California in the South (16 States). Developed and implemented regional plan to grow sales by 6% YoY that included redistributing sales territories, recruiting & training 3 new Territory Sales Engineers and 3 new Segment Sales Managers. Supported team of 7 Sales Engineers in developing comprehensive Territory Sales Plans sharply focused on leveraging existing customer base to find new applications / opportunities and expanding served market by acquiring new customers in under penetrated geographical locations / market segments.  Trained and mentored a team of 3 new Segment Sales Managers as “hunters” to implement a multi-level / multi-touch prospecting strategy focused on development of a new leads & opportunities within the region. Negotiated complex sales agreements and contracts with strategic accounts in the region to deliver consistent support / performance across sales, customer service, project management functions thereby nurturing strong account / key contact relationships to drive sales growth.  Championed implementation of Sales Transformation Strategy by coaching, mentoring and training sales team members through the many changes in sales process, territory distribution and sales incentives to drive sales growth.
