Mr. Nitin Rajmitra is one of the youngest entrepreneur turned motivational speaker and trainer. In 2010 at the age of 20, this Stratford University USA student started his first business venture by the name Onakara Buildtech (now Aunkara Buildtech Private Limited) providing mechanical engineering services and industrial maintenance solutions for the manufacturing units. In year 2013, he was nominated for the 'Youngest Entrepreneur of the Year 2013' award by ISSME. Today Aunkara Buildtech is working in India and New Zealand serving more than 200 top manufactures of almost every industry that included food & beverage, chemicals, rubber & tire, refineries, fertilizers and pharmaceuticals. Aunkara Buildtech has been awarded the ‘Best Industrial Maintenance Solutions Provider of the Year 2019’ award by Worldwide Achievers at Business Leaders’ Summit & Awards 2019 telecasted on Zee Business, for an outstanding contribution and its services to the engineering industry. Recently Aunkara Buildtech launched its services in UAE & Qatar In 2012, he co-founded YOTI Foundation, a youth centric revolution aimed at triggering the social consciousness of the youth while providing them with abundance of opportunities to enhance their leadership skills. Yoti Foundation successfully launched several social welfare projects including Project Rahgir, Project Shakti and also worked with the Government of India as training partners of Skill India and Digital India.In the year 2013, at the age of 23, Mr. Rajmitra became one of the youngest research scholars of the community when his first paper, ‘Need of Critical Thinking & Self-Deception’ was published in International Journal of Business Management & Leadership which laid an emphasis on recommendations orientated against increasing suicides rates among youth in India. This paper became the foundation for Project ‘Rahgir’ which was designed to uplift students by instilling hope through a teaching module on positive thinking. Till date, more than 5000 students have been directly benefited through this initiative. For his contributions in social welfare, Ablaze Education Society felicitated Mr. Nitin Rajmitra with ‘Award for Social Reform 2015’. At the age of 29, Mr. Nitin Rajmitra, is managing five business ventures in four countries and mentoring more than a dozen of Startups. His unstoppably journey in the world of entrepreneurship and his contributions in this corporate era forced the business world to recognize him as India’s Most Emerging Businessman of the Year 2019 at Rula Business Ratna Awards 2019.
