Led and built McKinsey’s knowledge centre in India (McKC) to being the industry benchmark in delivery of hi-end research and analytics out of India and the largest and most valuable global knowledge hub for McKinsey. Conceptualized, developed and led many new research and analytics services that have redefined how McKinsey globally develops and leverages knowledge. Coached and mentored generations of hi-quality knowledge professionals and leaders, and integrated McKC more tightly with rest of McKinsey. Moreover, led transformation of McKC from a research hub into a client service innovation hub for McKinsey. This includes Centres of Competence (CoCs) for specialized consulting capabilities and Proprietary Knowledge & Advanced Analytics client service lines.

Set up and led ActiveKarma Ventures, an Internet company focused on offering innovative health and lifestyle solutions. Key proposition was to use the Internet to deliver customized diet control and fitness programs.
