Give child protection, physical and mental nursing, follow up their traditional learning, psychosocial counseling, child, and women safeguarding. • Ensuring hygiene kit for sponsored children, regular medical checkups, ensure sponsorship material, update sponsored data management. • Lobby & advocacy, sharing with private & public agencies and ministries for policies, strategies, project benefits, FD-6/FD-7, project implementation, outreach, dialogue.• Working with community applying Human Right Based Approaches and maintaining safeguarding policy.• Organize youth group skill-based training. • Working with international donor agency and their requirements. • Ensuring Medical Camping with private and public health service providers.• Continuous Psychosocial counselling among youth and adolescent groups. • Social Awareness (Stop child marriage, Gender Base Violence (GBV) and Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE), Sexual Reproductive Rights & Health (SRHR), SHEA, PSEA & Safeguarding policy, Environment & climate, Adolescents physical & mental health development, psychosocial support, Disaster management & preparedness).• Regular meeting to the beneficiaries about gender and sex, human rights, diversity, and intersectionality.• Social Campaigning & Social Welfare.• School & College Award Base Campaign (Flash Mob).• Leading and guiding Journal Writing in Monthly Magazine (Chanpara Barta).• Conduct Training with the participants.• Produces narrative & quantitative reports and analyzes its data for further project design and development and technical decisions.
