Planning and Implement Communication with Communities (CwC) Activities • Supervision, plan and implementation of CwC program of Site Management Project (e.g. installation and functionalization of Feedback and Information Center-FICs) and delivery of high-quality program.• Implement, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for CwC activities in coordination with the MEAL team along with forecast and track different budgets for CwC.• lead, mentor and evaluate supervisees of the CwC team and develop capacity of team members and Planning and Implementing of Mass Community Awareness Campaign.Data Collection and Data System Management Activities:• Formulate, implement, and enforce proper data collection format and evaluation.• Train specific groups on data collection tools, processes and methodologies and Implement quality control activities.• Ensure effective data management by developing data collection tools and methodologies, designing database systems for data management and analysis.Reporting:• Report the progress of the activities and assessments and assist in compiling Quarterly, Interim and Phase out narrative with proper documents.• Prepare weekly reports of all activities related to the CwC and Information Management Activities.
