𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀: This workstream provides regular support to teachers through regular school visits.𝟰. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 a school visit protocol, including an app-based observation tool for monitoring visit compliance and improving the quality of support provided to teachers.𝟱. 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗟𝗡 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀: This workstream involves conducting an annual district-level baseline assessment of student learning outcomes related to FLN goals. 𝟲. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 of Block Education Officers (BEOs) and mentors to drive implementation of all workstreams at the district level.

Ensure 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁s of the Azamgarh division, developed the ecosystem, and networked with potential partners for scaling the project.𝟯. Immersion in the rural and backward village of Begusarai, Bihar, during the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗼-𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 while practicing de-conditioning.2. Undertook a 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱 (Latehar, Palamu, and Garhwa) to learn how local NGOs and entrepreneurs operate in rural areas.3. Influenced key government and community stakeholders to support and participate in restarting and 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟮𝟬 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, and improving school processes to make them more child-friendly.4. Attended orientation in Patna on Jal Shakti Abhiyan (JSA), Piramal Sarvajal, and Swajal (NITI AAYOG) before going to Jehanabad, Bihar.3. NITI Aayog has selected 255 water-stressed districts across India for interventions through a people's movement.4. JSA is a mission-mode water conservation campaign aimed at promoting community awareness and participation.
