As a BA Psychology student at the University of British Columbia, I am passionate about helping others achieve their academic and career goals. I have gained valuable experience and skills in student counselling, tutoring, marketing, and publishing through various internships and work opportunities.Most recently, I worked as a Student Counsellor at Career Grail, where I provided personalized guidance to students regarding study abroad opportunities, university selection, and program options. I also assisted them in the visa application process, ensuring they understood the requirements and deadlines. Previously, I tutored students with learning disabilities at MindOverLearning, where I developed individualized lesson plans and provided explicit and structured instruction. Additionally, I interned as a Marketing Assistant at Procraft Retail, where I managed and curated content for social media platforms, researched industry trends and target audience preferences, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. I also have a background in music production and creative writing and have worked at Penguin Random House as a publishing intern.I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities in the fields of psychology, education, and media.
