In the role of Management Consulting, I worked with worldwide leaders in the Automotive and FMCG space to digitize and streamline their Supply Chain and Operations functions. This entailed mapping the end-end processes for their global supply chains and automating the workflows and decision-making to increase efficiency in the planning and execution, where we integrated 20+ disparate systems onto one platform using Kinaxis Rapid Response for multiple geographies. Executed planning and cost optimization project on a ₹500 Cr brownfield capex expansion initiative by a paper and pulp manufacturing company, saved 6-month lead time.
