In my current position, I lead a team of 10 recruiters, responsible for executing the recruitment process using various sourcing methods, including leveraging the internal database and employee referrals.As an advisory consultant, I provide strategic direction to the Talent Acquisition team on the development of talent fulfillment plans and initiatives that align with the revenue guidance and business strategy of the organization. I provide talent acquisition solutions to business units by making strategic recommendations based on fulfillment channels, and I am also responsible for driving and leading change to improve processes, systems, and ways of delivering talent services.I support and guide my team members by setting and measuring quarterly performance goals and objectives, providing continuous feedback and guidance, and supporting their individual development needs.
