Upon joining Allegiant Professional Business Services, Inc., I focused my efforts on maintaining client relationships and growing opportunities for a high-volume insurance agency. I eventually became PEO outlet for the company, providing various business solutions for businesses of types and sizes.

Responsible for growing the new PEO and presenting its offerings to businesses. In this position, I developed an extensive broker sales network, taking the company to new heights while gaining exposure and increasing profitability for clients.

I founded Sunburn Recordings (a sub-label of Hardkiss Music) to expand the major label in order to sign well-known and established artists. I was also the director of daily operations and oversaw all aspects of the brand and label, including artist management.

As the brand, label, and artist management specialist, I helped direct all aspects of a new, independent record label. Hardkiss Music was the first independent record label to sign a global deal with iTunes in 2001.

Unified Promotions ("UP3") was a unique agency that tailored its efforts toward the entertainment industry, specializing in the marketing and promotion of concerts and special events. I developed brand and marketing strategies and created a telephone-based hotline for weekly events in the San Francisco Bay Area. The company sold in 1994.
