Responsible for the design and implementation of a range of creative initiatives to bring more diversity and representation to the TV and Film sector in Wales.Delivers community engagement activities and events to bridge the gap between ethnic diverse/under-represented communities and the TV and Film sector.Advises ethnic diverse individuals looking to work in the screen industries. This includes 1-2-1 support and tailored sessions designed to help them secure a job or traineeship.Participates in active discussions with the screen industries in Wales (e.g. broadcasters, production companies, training providers) to address the skills shortage, and bridge the gap between ethnic diverse/under-represented communities.

Reviewing and approving Data Protection Impact Assessments to enable privacy by design and default.Assist in implementing Data Protection activities within SSCL.Deliver training and provide advice and mentorship to personnel with key Data Protection responsibilities to enable greater understanding and completion of compliance evidence.Set up admin activities which monitors compliance for all GDPR / Data Protection Compliance controls.Review monthly MI dashboard to identify risks and trends.Chair internal partner meetings.Support GDPR Business Partner in preparing internal and external reporting.Act as stakeholder providing advice, mentorship and support within Data Protection Incident Management process.Management of Data Protection Risks.Develop and maintain SSCL Data Protection Documentation and Record Library.Maintenance of all of Data Protection documentation.Identifying improvements in Data Protection processes and templates.Management of ICO complaints.

o Helped business increase engagement and active participation with young people, particularly from disadvantaged communities and underrepresented groups.o Coordinated and facilitated the delivery of multimedia workshops that brought together young people (11-18) from throughout Cardiff to connect with each other, and develop a supportive information sharing network using TheSprout website.Recorded outcomes: 20 workshops delivered to 465 young people.o Managed successfully GwirVol Youth Led grant. Planned and delivered ‘TheSprout Live @ the Museum’ that brought a new, diverse and young audience (70 young people) to the National Museum. Learning from this event has shaped partnership work between ProMo-Cymru and the National Museum, and has led to significant developments in how the Museum develops youth led activities across Wales.o Designed and delivered qualitative consultation exercise with 10 young people for TheSprout (as part of Promo Cymru) and the National Museum. The findings of this exercise have helped inform the development of further engagement of young people within the culture of the National Museum. o Provided effective support for 11 young people aged 13-19 with significant barriers to engagement in employment or education. Delivered sessions in 7 group settings and 10 x 1:1 motivational interviews.

o Developed and led a new substance misuse service for BAME communities and other ethnic minorities. Crucially, delivered consistently and consecutively all the KPIs. o Achieved over 90% satisfaction rate, engaging and supporting health and wellbeing programmes to over 2000 young people aged between 12 and 25 years old. o Trained multidisciplinary professionals from the public sector, local authorities and third sector organisations. Achieved over 85% satisfaction rate. o Managed successfully the delivery of multidisciplinary conferences concerning young people’s health and wellbeing events.

Recruited, trained, placed volunteers into Substance Misuse organisations. Provided ongoing Continual Professional development support to the volunteers.

Carried out the coordinated organisation, direction and implementation of a number of commercial entertainment projects e.g. Music, Video, Night events;Managed a small team of individuals within the Arts, Music & Multimedia fields;Provided Artist Development opportunities to young aspiring artists.

Awarded with the Unltd Millennium Award Winner for designing, and delivering - The Lost Talent Project - designed to give local youth an opportunity to develop their talents and Inner-Belief through the medium of Arts.
