- Responsible for the recruitment and training of the new sales associates - Provide a clear vision and mission to the sales team to ensure all members understand the organisation objectives and priorities - Drive team motivation to exceed goals through training, coaching, mentorship, competitions and creative incentives- Manage the effective processes for business and sales planning, sales compensation, territory and account planning - Ensure the adherence to the best practices and standards when using the sales tools including CRM - Manage and develop the sales team and overall commercial responsibility of pipelines and forecasting- Actively uses metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers, while developing contingency plans to address shortfalls on a regular basis - Manage the collaboration and teaming of internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Web Strategy in order to improve sales processes and drive strategic initiatives of the sales team

- Responsible for the sales of macroeconomic and industry specific market intelligence to small, medium and blue chip companies in globally- Use of a consultative approach in educating prospects on Fitch Solutions’ product offerings- Hit monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets and drive business growth, both via successfully converting inbound/outbound leads with a high level of responsiveness and proactively increase the retention and growth of active accounts exploring Upsell/Xsell opportunities- Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs, ensuring full ownership of the proposal process and responsibility for closing the sale - Report weekly and monthly revenue figures, use sales KPI’s to track performance, demonstrate accurate forecasting, document all conversations and manage all sales opportunities via Salesforce - Sold to financial institutions, corporations, local and national governments understanding difference in corporate and national cultures, adapting pitch and sale style accordingly
