Ever since I entered the job world at the age of 16, I managed to note some things, that I will touch up on in the next couple of sentences.1. Work can be extremely dreary and for lack of better wording - boring. A big part in how we perceive a certain task, or project, plays the team with which we are working, or simply put - our colleagues. That is why I make sure to be a positive and friendly colleague and team member, that is a pleasure to work with. (my Psychology background helps with that)2. Criticism can be very painful sometimes - but it is something essential and crucial, provided it is given in a constructive way. It's okay to make mistakes, but not okay to not learn from them. I pride myself in being able to take and provide constructive criticism - to and from colleagues and superiors.3. Being able to think on your feet is pivotal for quite a lot of jobs, regardless of the industry l, but especially in the customer service one. I can vividly remember the one hour phone call that I had with a distressed client, who needed help in the middle of the night and I managed to cater for her needs fully.4. Stress is necessary, too much stress is obstructive. Muscle hypertrophy is exactly that for example - increasing your muscle size by placing constant stress for a certain amount of time. Overdoing it will lead to injury. In any workplace there is place for a little bit (or sometimes more) stress, that makes the individual push forward and go the extra mile.My overall interests are in management positions, namely project manager as I have great managerial and organizational skills, combined with a witty, positive personality.As many internet role models like Gary Vaynerchuk and Jordan Peterson (for example) say, one of the benefits of young people is that they are in an age range where they can push their limits, how much they can work, how hard as well. To add to that of course is the all so necessary self-discovery, not only in a personal sense, but in a professional one as well.
