- Work with clients to gather and refine business requirements and user stories- Create business process analysis artifacts, including but not limited to use cases, stories, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows and vision scope documents. Plan project execution in terms of sprints/iterations, allocation of resources and scope- Drive project decisions, escalations, prioritizations as need to achieve program goals and objectives- Configure SpringCM per requirements- Coordinate project dependencies such as tasks, timelines, resource allocation and risks

• Everyday management and close control of the project: everyday planning of daily goals (approving those with internal partners);• Agile Scrum management process;• Planned, scheduled and tracked project timelines, resources, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools;• Clear and opened management of the team and project - processes have to be clear for the whole team and for external partners;• Quick reaction on changes (which are very often for such kind of projects) - quick design and estimation of each new feature;

• Responsible for more than 5 studio projects. Typically managed 2-3 projects in parallel.• Facilitated one-on-one’s with each producer to set and manage performance objectives.• Produce timely and accurate weekly project performance reports to Studio manager and corporate executives. • Training of new producers (helping to integrate themselves to the working process in the bounds of company policy).• On time detection and preventing of possible problems, which could appear within the project flow (incorrect producer's decisions, late solutions etc.)• Identified and implemented process improvement within the Studio: o weekly meetings with all producers with quick discussion of all projects and sharing thoughts; o weekly meetings with project technical leads, where they can share experience; o creation of the Suggestion group, which helps to achieve more comfortable atmosphere for each employee o managing of the programmers training creation (internal studio and external company "wiki" like library with courses and useful information about new functionalities)
