Westpac Women’s Markets is a marketing unit dedication to supporting women. My objective was to increase Westpac’s market share in gender segmentation by providing women with education, information and networking opportunities to help them build sustainable and profitable businesses and assist all women to be secure in their financial independence.

My role(s) within Commercial / Business banking were responsible for managing and developing a portfolios of SME business customers in both Regional Victoria and Melbourne. Maximised my ability to develop and maintain strong relationships to drive sustainable business growth over time. Actively sourced a strong network of referrers to support business acquisition activities.
