I schedule video conference calls for court proceeding which must be done in two different ways depending on the location of the defendant. I use a government program to schedule court proceeding for those that are located in a state facility and if they're in a county jail I research who I need to reach out to coordinate the video conference. If any issues arise when a court proceeding is taking place and the other facility is unable to connect I navigate them through the video platform. This involves thinking outside the box of what other ways a connection can be made because sometimes it consists of connecting from Skype to WebEx. All while being under pressure to do this so this issue doesn't disrupt the flow of the court and time frame that is expected. I process court orders which consists of understanding the language and recognizing what order needs to be composed to address the motion and or at hand. This consists of request to withdraw, motion for revocation, continuances, and supervisory orders. I prepare any incoming request from the Magisterial District Court Judges that require the President Judge's approval, like recusal of case, closing of a magisterial district court office, and requested time off. I prepare petitions for Emergency Protection from Abuse petition for individuals of the public that includes preparing the final order, vacating orders, and or amending orders in accordance to the Judge's dictation. All while completing various orders multitask by taking incoming calls as my phone is the main line for the department of Court Administration and answer the secured locked door for individuals of the public or individuals from other departments needing to meet with the Judge. I manage a group of 60 jurors on jury duty day for every criminal trial which is 1 week every two month. I am trained in the Jury program to create cases and run different reports that are needed during the jury section process.

I played a crucial role in helping applicants with the initial paperwork and getting them through the ob-boarding process so they could start the job as soon as the following day. I directly helped manage the people recruited by two top performing account managers. I assisted job seekers in navigating through the on-boarding paperwork that differed depending on the requisite of the job. After they started the job I would follow-up and touch base to address any question and or concerns. This also involved giving feedback and coaching if the employer felt something needed to be addressed or passed on as the employee was hired by temp agency. I would perform these service touch-points with the temp employees that I helped through the on-boarding at the end of their first day, at the end of their first week, and once every month. These service touch points allowed me to address any concerns, ensure this job was a good fit, and ask for referrals of anyone else that would be interested in a job there or a job in general. I was able to incorporate my bilingual skills and help recruit individuals that only spoke Spanish and or it was their primary language. I help bridge the link so that both the recruiter could get their information across and the individual seeking the job opportunity understood what the job consisted of and what was required. Which then required me to translate documents, descriptions, and or conversations.

I tutored peers that were enrolled in high level Spanish classes, such as the 200 level courses. This involved one-on-one tutoring and group tutoring that sometimes was as many as five students at a time. I helped reinforce topics that were covered in class by providing my own practice questions for structuring of words and sentencing. Including oral practice of speaking the language to improve flow of conversations.I also would reteach topics in a way that met a student's learning styles but in a way that would benefit the whole group if it wasn't a one-on-one session. Part of my tutoring job required my attendance to different skill workshops to help me better communicate as tutor and connect with my peers. To learn about the different learning styles and what techniques would be needed for that particular person's learning style.
